These terms cover your use of Did I Miss It? at didimiss.com (the “Service”), operated by Sames Consulting Inc. By using the Service, you agree to them.
What the Service is
A search tool that helps you discover open-source projects on GitHub by what they do, ranked by traction and recency. An optional MCP endpoint lets your AI agent run the same search. The Service is free and provided “as is”.
Results & AI summaries
Results are drawn from public GitHub data and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or correct. Some result cards include an AI-generated summary; it can be wrong or incomplete and does not affect ranking. Always check the linked source repository before relying on anything.
Acceptable use
Use the Service reasonably. Don’t try to overload it, bypass rate limits, scrape it at scale, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. If you sign in for a personal key, keep your key secret — it’s tied to you. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, handled by Ko-fi, and non-refundable. They help keep the Service running and unlock nothing — search and the MCP server stay free.
Intellectual property
Open-source projects shown in results belong to their respective owners under their own licenses. The Service’s own name, brand, and design belong to us.
No warranty & liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and availability is best-effort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes, termination & contact
We may update these terms (we’ll change the date above) or discontinue the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Questions: james@samesconsulting.ca.
